Top welterweight (147 lbs.) Antonio Margarito responding to false rumors that he took steroids to beat Miguel Cotto:

A reporter from Puerto Rico called me and I told him that the only thing I had before the fight was four gallons of milk!

What? Is that a joke? If so, I don't get it. Is this something fighters do regularly? Wouldn't he die? I'm going to assume this is a joke. If it's not, I'm going to start drinking more milk.
