But then he took a long layoff, and from what I have read since, hasn't looked as impressive in his recent bouts. Concepcion, on the otherhand, was being taught a boxing lesson by Stevie before clocking him after the bell. So, by all rights, I guess I should lean Santiago--- but I'm going to reverse pivot and say Concepcion wins by decision. Penalosa/Morel is even more of a crap shoot. I have no clue what Morel has left in the tank after his time away. Penalosa is starting to fade skill wise, but he certainly seemed to have something left in his loss to Juanma-- outgunned though he was. I dont think Morel is Juanma.
